The size of the Conscooper is about 51.000 Sq.M, 8.000 covered for the production and 4.000 for warehouse. About 150 members are associated to the Conscooper, everyone with a production field of tomatoes and as a partner of the company everyone must be located in the Molise Region. The Weather is a big factor in helping Conscooper production, Molise's climate is very favorables for the agricoltures products. The production Season start in August and usually ending in early September. About 200 peoples are employed as seasonal workers, mostly women. The production is divided in four product:

- Peeled tomatoes
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Tomatoes puree
- Tomatoes paste

The phylosophy of the Conscooper is to create and promote just high quality products (minimun brix tollered 6-6,5%, natural brix without addition of puree).

The total production is about 25.000 Tons of tomatoes for year.
