Location: Gragnano (Napoli)
Establishment: 1820

According to the official records everything began in 1820 when Vincenzo Liguori founded his pasta factory. However, if we go further back up the Liguori family tree we can see that Gaetano Liguori obtained the town council's licence "to make ad sell high quality and unique maccaroni" on the payment to Gragnano town council's coffers of sixty ducats on 16 August 1795.

Liguori pasta is a real tradition.

Liguori is the oldest brand name in Italy. Its formula is based on the experience of tradition and the advantages of modern scientific research.

We are able to produce 1000 quintals of pasta a day using our three production lines (Brambati). Production begins with the selection of a high quality fine flour with a high protein content. The whole process is monitored continually via a series of controls carried out by our research team.

Authenticity, Wholesomeness, Tradition.
