The Ranieri family, who founded this long standing company, are still directing today. Our company was founded in the second half of the 1800s. The art of olive pressing has been passed down with skilful care and shrewdness over 150 years from father to son, bringing experience and competence to the making of extra virgin olive oil which we hold so dear.

Our oil is made in one of the most beautiful and fertile areas of all Italy, the Sorrentine Peninsula. Our olive groves cling to the gentle hills of the Siren's fame, basking in the fragrances from the Mediterranean shrubland and the sea breezes.
The whole process of production from the olive piking (burning off by hand) to the pressing are realised according to methods passed down by our forebears. We obtain our extra virgin olive oil by mixing the sweet, delicate oils from the fruitier and more intensely-flavoured ones from Puglia (Andria-Bisceglie). Our oil is rich in monosaturate fatty acids whose notable dietetic properties significantly reduce risk factors for cardiovascular diseases by bringing down the percentage of cholesterol in the blood.

The high vitamin content, high digestibility and good dietetic effects make our extra virgin olive oil irreplaceable for those who prefer a "natural healthy and balanced diet".
