Casa Vinicola Piersanti was founded in 1955 by Giovanni Piersanti and his children Silveria and Carlo, who could boast a good experience in the spumanti wines sector.

At a later date Carlo's sons, Giuliano and Ottaviano took over the firm, having inherited their passion for a difficult but highly satisfying job from their father. At first Casa Vinicola was no other than a room in which spumanti wines popular at the time were bottled. Towards the mid nineteen eighties, following greater market demands, Piersanti expanded and built a barn over 2000 square metres which today has become the main building of the company. With the application of more modern techniques to the vinification of the grapes, gentle pressing under controlled temperatures, Piersanti managed to obtain a quality product which fully satisfied market needs.

The most important wine production is Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.
