The winery is located at the centre of production of Frascati Wine, up on San Marco hill, from wich it took name.

This area is volcanic in naturer and consequently rich in potassium, phosphorous, calcium and magnesium, and poor in nitrogen; the ideal for vine growing and the production od wines with very good organoeleptic characteristic.

Cantine San Marco, who made the Frascati Doc Superiore wine a "flower in their button-hole" that has been gaining so much appreciation all over the largest international markets.
